SC Takes Suo Motu Cognisance of Migrant Workers’ Plight - (27 May 2020)

LABOUR AND INDUSTRIAL

SC has taken suo motu cognisance of the plight of migrant workers during the lockdown after criticism by activists, lawyers and retired judges that the Court was “insensitive”.
