Gujarat HC: Mamta Cards Not Mandatory for Pregnant Women to Seek Treatment - (14 Jan 2016)

Gujarat HC has ruled that it is not mandatory for pregnant women either to obtain a Mamta Card for treatment or declare their pregnancy before a public authority.
