Himachal Pradesh HC: Anticipatory Bail Not to Preclude Accused from Surrendering Before Court - (26 May 2020)

CRIMINAL

Himachal Pradesh High Court has held that mere non-application of the provision for anticipatory bail to offenders accused under the Scheduled Castes and Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 does not preclude them from surrendering before the Court and seeking regular bail.
