Karnataka HC to State : Evolve Vision Plan to Prevent Trafficking of Women - (14 Jan 2016)

Karnataka HC, while hearing a petition filed by 18-year-old girl from Jharkhand, who in 2014 complained about non-registration of a case against her employer, who employed her despite being a minor and failed to pay wages, has asked State to evolve a vision plan to prevent trafficking of women.
