Delhi HC Directs Delhi Govt to Take Decision on Zafarul Islam Khan's Removal - (25 May 2020)

CIVIL

Delhi High Court has directed the Delhi Government to conclude the process under Section 4(4)(f) of the Delhi Minorities Commission Act, 1999 against Zafarul Islam Khan in accordance with law in 2 weeks.
