Delhi HC Directs Superintendent of Prison to Look Into Complaint of Alleged Violence - (25 May 2020)

LABOUR AND INDUSTRIAL

Delhi HC has directed Superintendent of Rohini Central Prison to look into the complaint filed by undertrial prisoner alleging violence committed by certain jail officials and other inmates. The Court has also asked to provide necessary protection and medical treatment to the complaining prisoner.
