Bombay HC Irks over Increasing Custodial Deaths - (14 Jan 2016)

Bombay HC has irked over State Government's approach towards custodial deaths and said, "The impression among the general public is that the rich get away with anything and the poor are made to suffer. We need to dispel this impression."
