Calcutta HC Seeks Response in Plea Alleging Mismanagement of COVID-19 Situation - (20 May 2020)

CIVIL

Calcutta High Court has directed the Union Ministry of Home Affairs as well as the State Government of West Bengal to submit their replies in a plea alleging mismanagement of the COVID-19 situation in the state.
