SC: Disobedience to be Wilful, Deliberate to Constitute Civil Contempt - (20 May 2020)

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Supreme Court has declined to initiate civil contempt proceedings against the Food Corporation of India, observing that the alleged disobedience was neither wilful nor deliberate.
