Telangana HC Slams Unsavoury Remarks by TAFRC Chairman Against Judges - (19 May 2020)

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Telangana High Court has come down heavily upon a retired Judge of the Hyderabad High Court, presently the Chairman of the Telangana Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee (TAFRC), for imputing "unfounded aspersions" on the Court’s independence and impartiality, in connection to a case pending against the TAFRC.
