Bombay HC Denies Relief to CM Quota Flat Allottees - (13 Jan 2016)

Bombay HC has denied to grant relief to few beneficiaries who had been allotted flats under Chief Minister’s discretionary housing quota in Maharashtra and had moved court against eviction action after a one-member commission found several irregularities with the allotments.
