SC Stays Gujarat HC Judgment Declaring Bhupendrasinh Chudasama's Election Null And Void - (15 May 2020)

ELECTION

Supreme Court has stayed the Gujarat High Court order nullifying the 2017 election of Bharatiya Janta Pary leader, Bhupendrasinh Chudasama to the Gujarat State Legislative Assembly, and issued notice in the matter.
