Delhi HC Gives Relief to Notary Official Who Could Not Produce Old Documents Under RTI - (15 May 2020)

RIGHT TO INFORMATION

Delhi High Court has given relief to a Notary Public who could not produce the documents asked for in a Right to Information application as the same were destroyed by the termites.
