Bombay HC Directs CIDCO for Payment of Wages to Gardeners - (14 May 2020)

LABOUR AND INDUSTRIAL

Bombay High Court has directed the City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra for making gardeners work during the lockdown without pay and without protective gear despite an award by the Industrial Tribunal against them in 2018 effectively making gardeners permanent employees.
