Karnataka HC: Court Cannot Direct State to Make Law for Protection of 'Gig Workers' - (14 May 2020)

LABOUR AND INDUSTRIAL

Karnataka High Court has said the Court cannot direct the State to make a law or the protection of 'gig workers', stating that they may submit a representation before the Government for protection.
