Madras HC Requests Centre & Insurance Companies to Consider Withdrawing Appeals - (13 May 2020)

Madras High Court has requested the Government and various insurance companies to consider withdrawing pending appeals against the awards passed by Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, where disputed amount is less than Rs. 7,50,000/-.
