Madras HC Dismisses Plea of Karti Chidambaram and Wife to Quash Criminal Complaints - (13 May 2020)

DIRECT TAXATION

Madras High Court has dismissed the Petitions filed by Congress Member of Parliament, Karti Chidambaram and his wife, Srinidhi to quash two criminal complaints under the Income Tax Act, 1961 and the trial proceedings in respect of them in the Special Courts for Members of Parliament/Members of Legislative Assembly.
