Delhi HC: 14 Days Quarantine Period Not Mandatory in Each Case - (12 May 2020)

LAW OF MEDICINE

Delhi High Court has noted that the period of 14 days, as stipulated in the Home Quarantine Guidelines of 14th March, 2020 and the COVID-19 Regulations of 2020, are not mandatory, but is intended to serve a general guideline.
