Delhi HC: Haryana’s Ban on Transit Violates Basic Rights - (11 May 2020)

Delhi High Court has observed that the order by Haryana authorities preventing movement of doctors, nurses, Court staff and trucks to and from Delhi to Sonipat prima facie infringes the right to freedom of movement.
