National Herald Case: Court Allows Plea of Subramanian Swamy - (12 Jan 2016)

A Delhi court has allowed plea of BJP leader Subramanian Swamy seeking summoning of documents from Ministries of Finance, Urban Development and Corporate Affairs, Income Tax Department and other agencies in connection with National Herald case.
