Delhi HC Tells Government to Verify Airtel ‘Extra GST’ Claim - (07 May 2020)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Delhi High Court has asked the Centre to verify within two weeks Bharti Airtel’s claim of having paid Rs 923 Crores of excess goods and services tax (GST), and refund the same.
