SC: Bar to File Separate Suit Challenging Compromise Decree Applies to Stranger Also - (07 May 2020)

CIVIL

Supreme Court has held that the bar under Order 23 Rule 3A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 to challenge a decree passed on a compromise in a separate suit applies also to the stranger to the proceedings.
