SC Dismisses Plea Challenging Salary Cut Orders of Police - (06 May 2020)

SERVICE

Supreme Court has dismissed a plea seeking quashing of Government orders of salary cuts towards Police personnel. The Court has further noted that the issue was a policy matter which could not be entertained by a Petition under Article 32 of the Constitution of India, 1949.
