Supreme Court: Fill Up Tribunals’ Vacancies in 6 Weeks - (06 May 2020)

SERVICE

Supreme Court has expressed serious displeasure over the Centre’s snail-paced approach in filling a large number of vacancies in tribunals. The Court has granted six weeks to the Centre to revert to the Court on appointments.
