Bombay HC Cancels Former IL&FS Vice Chairman’s Bail - (06 May 2020)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court has cancelled interim bail granted by a sessions Court to former Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited (IL&FS) vice-chairman, Hari Sankaran in a case of alleged fraud and ever-greening of the company.
