Madhya Pradesh HC Expands Scope of Matters to be Heard by Subordinate Courts - (05 May 2020)

Madhya Pradesh High Court has issued a circular stating that in addition to hearing of extremely urgent matters, the Subordinate Courts in the State will also take up cases that are at the stage of disposal and/or do not require oral evidence.
