SC Grants Interim Protection from Arrest to Prashant Bhushan in FIR Registered by Gujarat Police - (04 May 2020)

Supreme Court has granted interim protection from arrest to Advocate Prashant Bhushan in First Information Report registered against him by Gujarat police alleging hurting of religious sentiments.
