Madras HC Dismisses Plea for Framing Guidelines Against Allegation of Communalising Corona - (04 May 2020)

MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION

Madras High Court has refused to pass guidelines for regulation of the media amid the COVID-19 pandemic, while reiterating that it is for the Government of India to look into this aspect.
