Karnataka HC Issues Notice to State on Appointment of Parliamentary Secretaries - (12 Jan 2016)

Karnataka HC has ordered issue of notice to State Government on a PIL questioning appointing of 10 MLAs and one MLC as Parliamentary Secretaries and giving them benefits of Ministers of State.
