Madras HC: Revealing Identity of COVID Patients Will Definitely Lead to Social Stigma - (01 May 2020)

Madras High Court has dismissed a Writ Petition seeking to reveal the identity of the COVID-19 affected persons, stating that doing so might result in social stigmatization of such patients.
