Bombay HC Grants Pre-Arrest Bail to Man Who Accused Tablighi Jamaat Members - (30 Apr 2020)

Bombay High Court has granted ad-interim relief to Abuzar Abdul Kalam, a 42-year-old man who accused members of the Tablighi Jamaat of assaulting him and then spitting on him on social media.
