SC Upholds Tax Liability of PILCOM for 1996 World Cup - (30 Apr 2020)

DIRECT TAXATION

Supreme Court has dismissed the appeal against tax liability of Rs 39 Lakhs to the Indian income tax department with interest from 1996 ICC World Cup organized by Pak-Indo-Lanka Joint Management Committee (PILCOM).
