SC Tells Income Tax Department to Refund ?733 Crore to Vodafone Idea - (30 Apr 2020)

DIRECT TAXATION

Supreme Court has granted partial relief to Vodafone Idea by asking the income tax department to refund Rs 733 crore to the telecom firm within 4 weeks, for assessment year 2014-15.
