Punjab & Haryana HC: Quarantine Not Illegal Detention - (30 Apr 2020)

Punjab and Haryana High Court has made it clear that any person cannot be held to be in illegal or unlawful detention if they have been kept in quarantine by the authorities due to the COVID-19 pandemic
