Delhi HC Temporarily Restrains 6 PSU Banks from Taking Coercive Action Against Company - (29 Apr 2020)

Delhi High Court has temporarily injuncted 6 Public Sector Units banks from taking any coercive action against Eastman Auto Limited for defaults arising out of and/or in relation to Reverse Factoring payment obligations under Trade Receivables Discounting System.
