SC Seeks Centre's Response on Implementation of MHA Order for Payment of Full Wages - (28 Apr 2020)

LABOUR AND INDUSTRIAL

Supreme Court has directed the Centre to place its "policy on record" in regards to implementation of Ministry of Home Affairs' Notifications, which called for payment of full wages to Employees during Coronavirus lockdown.
