SEBI Cuts Broker Turnover Fee by 50% - (28 Apr 2020)

CAPITAL MARKET

Securities and Exchange Board of India has reduced broker turnover fee by 50% of the existing structure from June, 2020 till March, 2021. The Board has also reduced filing fees on offer documents for Initial Public Offers, rights offers and buy-backs by 50% of the existing rates for June to December, 2020.
