SC Directs UOI to Compensate Former RAW Employee - (27 Apr 2020)

CONSTITUTION

Supreme Court has directed the Union of India to pay "constitutional compensation" to the tune of Rs. 1 Lakh for impugning upon the Fundamental rights of a former employee of the Research and Analysis Wing.
