Bombay HC Takes Suo Motu Cognizance of Circular Prohibiting Door-To-Door Delivery of Newspapers - (23 Apr 2020)

Bombay High Court has taken suo-motu cognizance of newspaper reports regarding a circular/notification whereby print media was exempted from lockdown but the door-to-door delivery of magazines and newspapers was prohibited.
