Central Government Introduces Ordinance Making Attacks on Doctors Non-Bailable Offence - (22 Apr 2020)

CRIMINAL

Central Government has decided to introduce an Ordinance to amend the Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897 to make attacks on doctors and healthcare workers a cognizable and non-bailable offence.
