Bombay HC & Subordinate Courts to Cancel Summer Vacation - (22 Apr 2020)

CIVIL

Bombay High Court has decided that the High Court as well as Courts subordinate to it shall not avail Summer Vacation, if lockdown is lifted after 3rd May, 2020 and before 7th June, 2020.
