Kerala HC Asks Centre About Exemption for Advocates Offices to Ensure 'Access to Justice' - (22 Apr 2020)

Kerala High Court has sought to know from the Central Government if it was possible to grant relaxations for advocates from the lockdown, expressing that functioning of advocates' offices was necessary for securing the fundamental right of access to justice.
