Madras HC Issues Notice for Notifying Lockdown Period as Special Holidays - (20 Apr 2020)

Madras High Court has issued notices on a Petition seeking a direction to the State Government to notify the period of lockdown as "special holidays" for industrial establishments under the Tamil Nadu (National, Festival and Special Holidays) Act, 1958.
