Punjab And Haryana HC Grants 3 Months' Interim Bail to NDPS Accused to Look After Newborn - (17 Apr 2020)

CRIMINAL

Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted three months' interim bail to a woman prisoner, arrested under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 to look after her new-born child delivered while in custody.
