Allahabad HC Seeks Report on Scheme Prepared to Provide Financial Assistance to Advocates - (16 Apr 2020)

CIVIL

Allahabad High Court has sought a detailed report from both the Bar Council of India as well as the Uttar Pradesh State Bar Council regarding the modalities of the scheme that has been formulated by them to provide financial assistance to the Advocates in dire need.
