SC Releases New Standard Operating Procedure for Hearings via Videoconferencing - (16 Apr 2020)

Supreme Court has released a Circular dictating the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) surrounding its modalities, giving detailed instructions about Mentioning(s), e-filing and Video Conference hearings to the Advocates as well as Parties-in-person.
