Delhi HC Allows Release of Under Trial Prisoners on Bail Upon Furnishing of Personal Bond - (13 Apr 2020)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has agreed with the decision of the High Powered Committee to do away with sureties and release the under trial prisoners on bail upon furnishing a personal bond.
