Karnataka HC Dismisses PIL Challenging Issue of Average Consumption Electricity Bills - (13 Apr 2020)

ELECTRICITY

Karnataka High Court has dismissed a Petition filed challenging a Government circular, directing electricity supply companies to issue average consumption bills for April, 2020. The Court has imposed a cost of Rs 50,000 on the Petitioners.
