Health Ministry Suspends Certain Rules on Pre-Natal Testing Labs Till 30th June - (09 Apr 2020)

CIVIL

Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has suspended the implementation of Rule 8, Rule 9(8) and Rule 18A(6) of the Preconception and Pre-natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Rules,1996 until 30th June, 2020.
