Rajasthan High Court Allows UltraTech Plea - (09 Apr 2020)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Rajasthan High Court has struck down the demand raised by the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Department against UltraTech Nathdwara Cement for unpaid dues of Binani Cement. The Court has termed the demand illegal and arbitrary.
